Good Products for: Brown Spots?

Im looking for some good products for my mom, she's 39 and she has some brown spots on her cheeks, visible pores, and some fine line wrinkle.. do you know any products that will help with any of that problem..

Obaji is a great line but is rather costly ($350 for a couple of months). My dermatologist started me on Retin-A for large pore, acne and fine lines. Very satisfied with that. For the spots... I'd suggest taking her someplace like sephora, MAC or Macy's to get a concealor. Be sure to have her there so they can make her skin tone. For pores, clearasil pore cleansing pads are pretty good. For wrinkles.... I'm not sure. If those don't work, see a dermatologist.
olay regenerist...always gets the best reviews in allure etc... for some reason. I think the daily regenerating serum is supposed to be the one everyone always says works the best.
