I have these little red sports on my nose. I wash my face; hot then cold water. (Sounds kind of stupid but is there something about drying your face after, bacteria on a towel?) I clense with clean and clear.. Is there anything else I can do to prevent them?? Thanks. Zomg spots?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!鈥??
erm witch hazel do a good stick thing its blue and you bascially put it on the spots and the redness goes down so much and they go quicker its really good....Zomg spots?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!鈥??

Washing hot then cold doesn't sound stupid at all!
Hot water opens up your pores, so rinsing with cold will close them, preventing anything from getting under the skin.
Try using mild face washes. You could be having an allergic reaction to clean and clear. Drink lodes of water, and take omega 3 supplements. They help improve your skin.
If they get worse, see your doctor :)
