White spots???? ?

I have some tiny tiny tiny white spots on my face...my friend says she thinks they are called milk spots. Ive tried to squeeze them but nothing comes out and hurts too much! Is there any other way to get rid of them?

these sound like milia, also known as milk spots, but they are nothing at all like the 'spots' we usually mean when we use that word. And they won't respond to the usual beauty treatments for spots either.





They are deeper, much deeper, under the skin than normal spots, which is why your attempts as squeezing them just hurt. They are filled with keratin, unlike normal spots which contain pus.


They will go away on their own eventually - maybe in weeks, maybe in years. Exfoliating (gently!) sometimes helps shift them more quickly





No-one knows why some people get them but you can go to a (good) beauty salon to have the professionally removed

They are called whiteheads. Inside them are full of dirt and bacteria. You can reduce the whitehead by facial steaming which works great on spots.





If you wish to squeeze of the dirt make sure wash your face with warm water then dry, then use a cotton wool ball to remove out the puss (bacteria) out. Do not rub as it may leave a blemish. After that quickly wash your face with cold water to close the pores.

same as blackheads cept white due to different amounts of oil in your pores etc etc...





go and find a facial scrub, they sell ones specific for white/black heads at any pharmacy
never ever try then to squeeze them as by doing this it will not only grow bigger but also the bacteria will spread over the face. the best thing u can do is eat less oily food and try himalya neem face wash.
