Doctors?
If in britain you can recieve free cream or pills.
But if not alot of it is down to diet ... i found drinking alot of water made a differance and also change you bed sheets and pillow covers often as dirt can build up there easily wipeing on your face when you sleepSpots.. School.. Teens... :(?
you could always get a chemical peel, they are really effective and painless. they work amazingly well and don't actually cost that much money, in the UK it's around 拢500 - 拢1000 but i don't know about the US.
Products i love using are all SIMPLE products, great cleansers, toners and moisturizers.
don't use clean and clear though because i have had bad reactions to all their products and so have my friends.
also, try seeing the doctor i did and i got HYDROCORTISONE cream and its really good got rid of all my marks, acne scars and spots!
ask your doctor definitley.
i have major spots on my forehead as well and in my experience i find that a couple of drops of tea tree oil in a basin of cold water works wonders. Then u just drip ur face into the water for 15 seconds 3 times.. and if this doesn't work i always use toothpaste on big spots as it draws out the head of the spot.
sometimes i put purfume on my spots ( if theyre big) and it dries them out.
and jess b is right, toothpaste works toO! it has the same kind of affect, it dries the spots out and they go down. also put cover up on them to cover the redness.
They are birthmarks, or otherwise permenant spots. Concealer would have to work for now, and you'll have to see a dermotoligist later. (Dermotoligist- Doctor who in which studies in skin)
I think you should order something off ebay(.com/ca) or you could order something off the T.V if you see something.
Best to see your doctor. Don't under estimate how they can help you.
