I started getting thick hair on my neck under my chin, and now there are ugly, discolored spots. Does anyone know the best way to remove the hair for longer periods of time and fade the spots? Right now I am just shaving it which just makes it worse.

try waxing. it really dnt hurt, and lasts longer. dnt shave it anymore. u can also try veet or nair. but i really dnt no how long it works. for the scars u can buy skin bleaching cream. u can buy them in the beauty section. it does work. but there is a cream u can buy at the asian stores is wat u really want. my upper lip was scarred bad and it cleard up right away with that. its called BEANNE. its just good for all ur face problems. everything.
