Age spots on my hand?

I have few age spots on my hand and I find my self hiding my hands because of them is there anything I can get to either get rid of them or make them lighter.Age spots on my hand?
Age spots are caused by the sun. Your skin reacts by producing pigment and that's what the age spots are.
