How can I remove spot scars from my face??

they would probably be less evident as time passes. Try to astringent toners as part of your face cleansing routine. This will reduce open pores, it doesn't necessarily make them dissapear. Probably lemon does help as it has astrengent's properties, but try to get some professional advice about professional products.
