Spots/acne. Help anyone please?

I'm 14 and recently I've gotten more spots and blackheads than usual.





I use a gentle moisturiser after I wash my face with an exfoliating wash and I wear concelear and foundation. I always take all my make up off and use a cleanser afterwards.





My diets good so it's not that.





Any advice or things I can do to get rid of spots+ prevent more break outs?

i went to the doctors and they put me on antibiotics:)

dont fuss yir wee sel. i dont use owt apart fi a clean cloth n water. a just scrub ma puss wi the cloth. simple. xxx
