Noo not lower back, I like the ankle or the chest, I've got one little one on teh right side of my chest and I love it! it didn't hurt to get it done there and it can be easily covered up with a cardigan or a sracf but if i want it on show I can just wear a vest top.





Or the nape of your neck, thats nice :)

It all depends on the tattoo. Both could be good or bad spots. I would personally like a tat on the lower back left side. I think that's cute for a girl.

Depends on the design mostly. I have my ribs done and am complimented on it all the time. Lower back can be tricky... avoid the tramp stamp!
upper arm, but not something toooooo big or elaborate that doesn't work on EITHER gender





but if you want something easy to hide I would suggest one on your ankle, that where my mom got hers a few years ago
I personally think lower left side back. I think tatoos look really cute on girls there. what design were you thinking of getting? it might look better in one place than another.
i think both but lower back middle should look awesome and my opinion is neck back should look damn sexy
