cleanse your face with witch hazel or use a witch stick it is very good. i use it if i get spots, my daughter uses it since getting teenage spots shes 14 and suffered since she was 11. you can buy a bottle at most chemists, the witch stick is handy to keep in you bag and as soon as a spot start to appear put some on.

If you mean acne, try Proactiv or using a product that contains salicylic acid to cleanse your face. Cleanse, tone, and moisturize. If you can afford it Murad makes a great acne care line. If not try Neutrogena products. Just know that part of the acne has to do with your hormones and you don't want to over scrub your face b/c you think it isn't clean. I didn't start to have acne until my early 30's. Good luck to you. Also try taking a good zinc supplement if it is really bad. Beyond that you can see a dermatologist for prescription medicine.
your answer lies in www.lush.com
use angels on bare skin, within 2 weeks your spots will be gone
Go to www.ebay.co.uk and buy a new face. You can usually get one quite cheap. Hope this helps?
try diluted witch hazel or if quite bad .. benzyol peroxide
I used to use a fantastic product called Ketsugo you can buy it in Boots i think but its cheaper on line. Really worked for me and dosent dry your skin out like some spot treatments.
at your age you dont want to be doing to much to your skin as it is still changing due to your hormones all you need is a cleanser for your skin type try and avoid using soap on your face as this will effect your ph balance in your skin. Ask your mum to see if there is a salon near you who stock dermalogica near you and ask for some samples of special cleansing gel. Avoid using any thing on your skin that will strip your skin like surgical spirit, tooth paste, clearasil etc
Im afraid theres not much you can do huni, until your about 20. But here are some tips to minimise spots that might help:
Water water water. Drink 2 litres a day!
Also, plenty of vitamins, fruit and veg.
Avoid touching your face with your hands during the day.
Try to avoid greasy make-up.
Wash your face with an exfoliating scrub.
Moisturise every morning after you wash your face.
If all this fails then you could try a hydrogen peroxide gel or similar, like Acnegel. Ask your pharmacist.
unfortually spots at your age are normally due to hormonal in balances, check that the area is kept nice and clean. use a good exfoliator, and good products like clarins, for oily- combination skin. you also need to make sure you keep the skin hydrated, drink plenty of water, and at night use a hydrating product to keep hydration levels in your skin, use a lotion instead of a cream, as this wont be to rich.
I will swear by using ProActive. When I was 13 it was really bad, well at least I thought it was. I'm 20 and I use ProActive twice a day everyday. Since it does cost a lot of money, I would suggest acne free...that works pretty well for washing your face. If you use them start off washing your face one a day then after a week do it twice a day. Make sure you lotion your face afterwords. I use vasoline total mositure! It is amazing.
Also, you can use visine, any kind. Get a Q-tip and pour a couple drops of the visine on it and then rub it on your spots. It helps make them not noticable. It won't cure it, but it'll make them look better.
The only thing I can say about eating wise, is a lot of soda is bad. At least it was for me.
I hope that I helped!
I'm 14 and had bad spots when I was 13 and they've cleared up. I use The Body Shops range of face cleansers. The people that work there are really nice just ask them whats the best for your skin dry/greasy skin. If it doesn't stop and you get loads of spots you can go to the doctor for cream that helps. Also drink plenty of water and eat fruit/veg. If you wear make-up you can also buy medicated concealer which covers up spots as well as not making them worse!
