Spots problem?

i am a 16 year old guy. I'm not really spotty but lately like 3 spots pop up at once, i want to know if there's any face wash or something i can buy at boots that's aimed for men. i'm not looking for stuff that'll get rid of them but just something to clean my somewhat oily face and stop more from poping upSpots problem?
Dont go spending loads of money. If you go shopping to a supermarket , somehere like asda ,etc. Buy a bottle of apple cider vinegar. You can diolute it with clean water to rinse your face. Then just get some cotton wool and dab it around the spots. I really hope this helps but you have to stick to it. It should start to clear up in a couple of days. Good luck.Spots problem?
