've got pimples n black spots?

'm 14 n 've got pimples. I went 2 a dermitologist n applied the creams he adviced me. but dat was of no use...'ve even used antipimple products like garnier purepen etc.....wt do i do now????'ve got pimples n black spots?
How long were you on the creams you got from the doctor? A lot of them take around 8-12 weeks to work but after that, they work extremely well. I was on a lot of those in my teens. Now, I'm 22 and my skin has been perfectly clear since I started using a product called acnefree severe... in an orange box at walmart. It works really well for me and my sister. Try it, also try not to touch your face, ESPECIALLY try not to pop any pimples because that causes scars.'ve got pimples n black spots?
Apply a paste made of nutmeg powder and raw milk on pimples and wash it off after 20 minutes. Do it for about 10-15 days to see the difference. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
first use proper grammar so people could understand you better.

second use a mask to get the black heads out and pop the zits.

Will the red spot on your face disapear after popping a pimple?

... (weird question, i know)Will the red spot on your face disapear after popping a pimple?
it'll take timeWill the red spot on your face disapear after popping a pimple?
it happens to me all the time it will go away nothing to worry about some people use toothpaste and if your self concious about you can alway's use coverup liquid or powder if you want it to go away faster i would use powder though it doesn't cover and suffucate like liquid just makes it alot less noticeable
sometimes not...you should not pop a pimple even if it looks really gross...by squeezing it you are ';bruising'; the skin and could cause it to scar. You should wash your face with a alcohol free wash such as clean %26amp; clear or nutragena.
b/c it has an inflammation and the skin is irrigated
thats a sign of infection... usually minor .

yes it should go away w/in 3 days...
you can scrape of the red spot and sell it to me for 5 bucks. deal?
try using Visine, it really works.

it will diminish the redness
yeah it will go - try putting some toothpaste on the spot after popping it - sounds wierd but it works- helps to dry it up or something. do it when ur not going out tho lol
I think it depend because sometimes you have a scar. But if you do pop a pimple then put Viteamin E on it after it stops bleeding. It will help the scaring! Good Luck
You can put visine on it to reduce redness, also I've heard that toothpaste helps...
No, it stays there forever (sarcasm)

Of corse it goes away, but it takes a few hours or days.
The red spot is a sign of inflammation, not of infection.

Yes, it should disappear soon but beware of popping them too soon as you'll damage your skin and that can leave permanent scars.

Yes, PERMANENT.

I'd suggest NOT putting anything on it. Yers, toothpaste helps to make it disappear but it's bad for your skin because it dries it out.
Actually, u should NEVER pop a pimple. That makes it even worse %26amp; that's why it gets even bigger. The oil in your fingers spreads bacteria even more. You should put a very hot washcloth on the affected area. Try not to touch it so much with your hands. The hot pulls the dirt closer to the surface. Then , u need to put some like Clearasil medication on it like. It comes in a tube %26amp; it is tinted so that it blends in with your skin. Always, wash your face at nitetime. Keep your hands away from your face as this is is the main factor in pimple outbreaks.
yes but the hole will not.
Yap, off course.
yeah it will eventually.
it may take a few days but yes it will go away
On my face ? I don't have a red spot on my face, or a pimple.
EWWW............... YES
It may take awhile, but it will.
in the first place, why did you pop the pimple?, but it will go away.......................

Which should i put on spots...?

Toothpaste or soap?

thanks =]Which should i put on spots...?
none! cleanse tone and moisturise and you wont get spots!

XWhich should i put on spots...?
neither. This is a natural remedy which is excellent. I found it on a very good website which I consult for natural remedies.

*****Five Star Tip: If there is an acne or other skin outbreak, mix a little wheatgrass powder with warm water to make a paste, apply at night and leave it on until the morning.

( go to to yur local health shop abour where to buy wheatgrass powder)

If you want more advice about what u can do about spots, type in spots %26amp; look through the results (not all r relevant tho'). There's some really good advice about what to avoid, what to eat, what u can do etc)
avoid getting spots in the first place by cleansing/ washing your face, and taking of make up or not using make up too often.

but to get rid of spots toothpaste or TCP drys them out and are both good (TCP stings a bit though).

:)
Well neither really but I would go for toothpaste as it has an anti-inflammatory ingredient in it %26amp; it gets rid of the redness :)
well what i do is..

wash your face with soap theeeen dry it with a toweel.

2mins after put toothpaste on ur individual spot/s ;)
NOTHING.
none preferably get cleanser is the best solution
TCP :)

Heloo..i hav got a lovely fair skin..but got few black spots on my face......i just want them to disappear....

plzzzz give me some advice.....name of any products u know .....Heloo..i hav got a lovely fair skin..but got few black spots on my face......i just want them to disappear....
I suggest you get a facial. A deep cleasing facial will help fade away the black spots. Also, go see a dermatologist to know the source of these spots and treat them quickly without damaging your face.Heloo..i hav got a lovely fair skin..but got few black spots on my face......i just want them to disappear....
i dont know what country u are in but it is best to stick with brands that have Non-hypo allergenic written on it, use clarifying lotion and clarifying soap to even out the tone of your skin, dont use exfoliating creams, it can cause you to look like a peeling tomato.
I believe that Low-level laser light can help with patches of discolored skin. Laser light is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the skin causing it to break up in darker areas and help to make it look more normal.

You must ask your doctor first if you are going to use this sort of treatment.

SUNBEDS FOR SPOTS????

I am fully aware of the danger of sunbeds and i have taken the risks into account, but my desperate situation leaves me with no alternative!

I have had spots on my back chest and face since the age of 14 but now that i am 19 im sick of being so self conscious.

My question is does uv light in sunbeds help spot prone skin?

And how many sessions does it take to get rid of them?

Thank you.SUNBEDS FOR SPOTS????
NOTE鈥 HAVE WRITTEN THIS LONG ANSWER TO RESPOND TO QUESTIONS RELATING TO BECAUSE THEY COME UP SO OFTEN:

OILY SKIN

ACNE

FACIAL LIGHTENING

DEALING WITH ACNE SCARRING

DEALING WITH STRETCH MARKS

IMPROVING SKIN TONE

PIMPLES

BLACKHEADS

EMERGENCY SPOT TREATMENT

INGROWING HAIRS

BODY ACNE

鈥HE INFO鈥橲 BASED ON MY OWN EXPERIENCE. I鈥橫 36 NOW SO I鈥橵E HAD TO DEAL WITH THESE ISSUES FOR QUITE A WHILE AND THOUGH MUCH OF THIS ANSWER MAY BE IRRELEVANT, I HOPE THERE'LL BE SOMETHING THAT CAN HELP YOU!

GOOD LUCK!!!

RECOMMENDED SKIN CARE鈥 use clean and clear cream wash (good for sensitive skin or those that dry to easy) or Neutrogena clear skin make up remover wash. Both contain salicylic acid which prevents breakouts and gradually evens the skin tone out too. This is the most important thing you can do. I鈥檝e tried various 鈥榦il free鈥?鈥檚alicylic acid鈥?moisturisers but the best I鈥檝e found is the clean and clear on鈥 found the Neutrogena one actually seemed to aggravate my skin.

EMERGENCY SPOT TREATMENT!...The toothpaste things works! Put on a blob at night and put a bit of tissue over it so it doesn't make a mess. It cools the area down and reduces the inflammation. I also recommend the clean and clear advantage spot treatment gel.

HORMONAL SPOTS鈥ny female with spots I'd recommend trying dianette or yasmine contraceptive pills because if it's hormonal that can sort everything out within weeks鈥hough it can take a couple of months to get used to the pill.

FACIAL ACNE: AVOID鈥on't use harsh scrubs and peroxide products daily like some people do; that can dry your skin and make produce MORE oil...just exacerbating the problem. Many face packs I鈥檝e tried and those blackhead removal strips too seem to have caused problems.

I鈥檝e also had problems with those 鈥榝acial wipes鈥?made by clean and clear and Neutrogena because they鈥檙e too drying and when the top layer鈥檚 too dry, the oil gets stuck underneath and causes more problems!

Some say chocolate doesn鈥檛 affect it鈥t does for me and I don鈥檛 know how or why that should be but certain foods do seem to affect break out. Coffee is one of those things that seems to aggravate my skin too. So look out for anything you eat that might be making it worse.

HAIR PRODUCTS鈥e careful what products you use in your hair if it's long - certain conditioners have causes me to break out at times. Also be careful of hair gels, hair sprays and serums.

INGROWING HAIRS鈥or men or women鈥f you have oily skin, these are more likely. For men鈥se a facial scrub and avoid moisturisers that don鈥檛 have salicylic acid in them if you use a moisturiser. Some hair conditioners are much better lubricants than shaving cream too 鈥?so you might want to try that, and then was afterwards with a clean and clear was etc. Also I recommend the microdermabrasion kit mentioned later.

For women鈥axing seems to cause the main problem 鈥?we pay most attention to our faces. Waxing seems to be the main culprit as opposed to shaving or hair removal creams鈥o avoid in-growing hairs, make sure to exfoliate. I recommend using those exfoliating gloves 鈥?that way, you can use any kind of shower gel.

NUTRITION鈥 recommend taking a 100% multi vitamin/mineral complex 鈥?those little spots you get around your mouth can be due to a vitamin b deficiency for example. Also I recommend Omega 369 oils every day because they improve blood flow.

OLD WIVES TALE??...It's an 'old wives tale' type remedy - but a spoonful of cider vinegar and honey in hot water 3 times a day is meant to help EVERYTHING. It tastes nice too...kinda like honey and lemon X

HYDRATION鈥?Keep your hydration right by drinking plenty of water, avoiding caffeine and alcohol and too much salt!

DEALING WITH SCARRING鈥here鈥檚 an excellent micro-dermabrasion scrub called 鈥榬e-finish鈥? by L'oreal. You only use it a couple of times a week (and use at night because it makes your face red!). It really works not just with the colouring but also the texture - smoothes it back out. It comes with it's own moisturiser which I don't use but I use the scrub at night a couple of times a week and put bio oil on which it supposed to help clear scarring and even skin tone.

If you get your skin relatively under control, try using '21 days Fade Cream' (which I get from eBay) because it quickly clears up any scarring. It鈥檚 a skin lightening cream and is very effective as long as your skin type agrees with it. Bio oil is a good alternative!

Also, to detract from the colour variations in your skin tone, I recommend using Benefit鈥檚 Posie Tint or Benetint lipstain 鈥?this can be put on your cheeks and lips (which also makes your teeth look whiter as an added bonus). Lipstain is better than lipstick because it doesn鈥檛 smudge and it stays on; you can put lip balm or lip gloss on over it. Also, if you use it (SPARINGLY) on your cheeks, it is just like putting water on there; it doesn鈥檛 aggravate the skin or cause breakouts.

When do u stop having spots!?

i am denis granddaughter

i am fourteen and i have lots and lots of spots plz can you tell when i will stop having spots I NEED YOUR HELP!!!When do u stop having spots!?
Never and everyday there seems to be new ones. You may need to see a dermatologist, they may be able to help. How's your health care system, I heard it was terrible! You;ll have to wait. God bless you. When do u stop having spots!?
The first answer's correct I'm afraid. Spots will still happen throughout your life but not to the extent you are experiencing them now.

As you reach your late teens you will find your skin gets clearer.

For now make sure you keep your skin clean but don't rely on soap and water, use the products on the market for this purpose.
There are a few years when spots are most likely to happen and that is 15-17. After that it should start calming down.
When you are about 17 ish i think xx Don't worry, most people have spots x
You cant stop having them. Wait until your about 17/18ish, thats when mine dryed up.
at a time when you become clear skinned again :Dx
after teenage years
never
when you grow up

  • Oily skin and dark acne spots..?

I'm going to see a dermatologist in like 3 weeks but until then what can I do to get rid of my oily skin and get rid of my dark acne spots? They are mainly on my forehead and chin area. They fade away after a while but I can't rely on that. Is St. Ives a good product for acne?? I'm black,16, a girl, and have caramel skin. ALso what is exfoliating and can you recommend me some products I can buy at like CVS or the mall or something? ThankssOily skin and dark acne spots..?
My dermatologist recommended that I use Purpose brand cleanser. It's very gentle and seems to have really improved my skin. That would probably help out with the oiliness because usually soaps can dry out your skin and then it overproduces oil. Oily skin and dark acne spots..?
its not necessary that u need to visit dermatologist in order to cure ur acne.u can cure it at your home with free of cost by using simple home remedies, like mix tulsi mint leaves powder add some rose water and apply it,its the best remedy for acne

    HELP! [[Bald spots]]?

Well im 15. And I am a girl with uhmm, kinda longish hair.

But. I kinda have some bald spots that show well. And my hair is thin. Any way to have it grow or cover them up???!!!HELP! [[Bald spots]]?
Check out the photos in the website below, if its similar then it must be Alopecia Areata. My bro had the same problem some time back. I know how disturbing it can be after seeing him going through it.

He managed to find a website called http://www.curespotbaldness.com that explains about the condition and suggests treatment. He gave it a try and to all our surprise he recovered.

You might want to give it a try. Its quite informative too. Wish you a quick recovery.HELP! [[Bald spots]]?
    wig
their are products sold in drug stores which claim to

work for the problem you have. ask the pharmacist his

opinion and what product to use. good luck.
Ok it sounds like alopechia which is loss of hair. It can grow back. in some cases not.My friend has it .She will get bald spots when under stress and some medication will do it too.Check with a Dr to find out for sure. Good Luck.PS It isn't spelled rite but sounds just like its written.Spell check wouldn't find the correct spelling.
You can get extensions to cover them or use products to try and thicken your hair. Or there's always rogaine.

what should i avoid to stop spots?

what should i not avoid? to keep skin healthy and spot free.Girl asking for help on spots :-(?
They are part of growing up unfortunately.

    Drink plenty of water.

Wash your face with MILD soap and water every morning and night. Harsh soaps dry your skin, which makes it dry %26amp; causes the production of more oil, which in turn causes breakouts.

Try not to touch your face as much as possible. Your hands are actually the dirtiest part of your body and since your pores are more open, the dirt %26amp; bacteria from your hands gets in them easier.

Don't pick at them!! Again, because your hands are dirty, and also because it's an irritant. If they get red, swollen, or sore It's hard not to want to pick. So if you must pick, get one of those blackhead removers. You can find them at any drugstore cosmetic dept.Girl asking for help on spots :-(?
I think water is the best...it takes more time...but it definently works a lot better then any other skin care product.
im 14 and the only time i ever break out is when im under stress. try being stress free for a couple days and continue to be mellow. clean your face daily. if you need the spots gone fast try Oxy pads maximuum 3times a day and the oxy blackhead cream.

    Good Luck! :)
theres not much u can really do. id reccomend if they havent gone away, see a dermatologist. a natural cure is steam and/or warm water.
IT MIGHT SOUND CRAZE BUT EVERYNITE AFTER YOU TAKE A SHOWER TRY PUTTIN SOME ALMOND OIL..IT HELPS GREAT...IT MAKES SKIN HEALTHIER THEY HAVE IT AT GNC

A warm wash cloth pressed on it for about 15 to 20 mins will help it come to a head and pop. If that doesn't work try getting a good conceler for school
try putting a hot tea bag on it. just let it sit for like ten minutes. it should help it go down at least and not be as red.

  • Best skin care for spots?

if you go to this place called lush and get their toner tabs and listen to them- then you'll be fine xxBest skin care for spots?
Buy a cleanser, toner and a moisturiser. Use them morning and more importantly at night time.

A lot of people with oily spot prone skin do not moisturise and instead try to dry out their skin to get rid of their spots. This actually has the opposite effect because their skin need to produce even more oil to combat the dryness then the oil clogs up their pores and this produces more spots - so always moisturise!

Then after cleansing toning and moisturising dab some witch hazel or tea tree oil onto the individual spots.

try different types (or makes) of tea tree oil as varying what you put on your skin is far better for it than learning to depend on one product.
I would suggest that you try that product out for another month or so..changing from one product to another might be the one that's aggravating your skin..

    Using concealer to cover spots???

how do you use liquid concealer to cover red and dark spots and marks????? please help!!Using concealer to cover spots???
you pat the concealer on the blemish, spot etc and then put foundation over that.Using concealer to cover spots???
Sorry but I don't recommend liquid concealer because it absorbs into your skin through out the day. I recommend concealers in a stick form. They're denser and stay put (on top of your skin not into it). Then put your foundation over it and then a mineral veil which is translucent and locks your makeup into place.
well, most people say to put it on before your foundation but i put mine on after because sometimes the foundation can rub the consealer off.

i just put a blob on the spot and wait for a minute then dab over it untill it blens in.

Try using a consealer with tea tree in it as this will also help clear up the spots. hope this helped :D

Today I noticed I have a new beauty mark or sometimes people call them beauty spots and I found a new one on my nose and then I found another on my finger and another on my thigh, these beauty marks weren't there before. So I want to know how are beauty marks formed? How do they appear out of nowhere? What causes them to come? I don't mind them, I think they are nice cause there small but I just want to know how do they form on the body? I thought they are on you when your born but I now I see they come whenever.Beauty Marks or Beauty Spots...?
It is the exposure to the sun...this is not a curse, it is just the way certain bodies skin reacts to such exposure.

My kids has them, and they have asked...I tell them the truth, and for the little ones I also add that they are sugar spots, it shows how sweet they are inside.Beauty Marks or Beauty Spots...?
Well the sun usually causes them. Any time you get new beauty marks you should have a doctor look at them especially if they show up randomly. Although they look pretty they may end up being cancerous.
If they just appeared, you should see a dermatologist. I'm not trying to alarm you, but marks that weren't there before can be a sign of cancer.
sometimes when your in the sun for

a long time, it can form. thats what

happens when i go to the beach.

A Good Foundation For Spots ?

Okay, first of all do not go out and buy some cheap make up from target or a drugstore. Brands like Covergirl, Loreal, and Revlon may be be less expensive than NARS, Mac, or Laura Mericer but they are not the same quality like brands you would find at Sephora, Nordstroms, or Saks.

My favorite foundation is Clinique's Perfectly Real Make up. It works A- mazingling. URL below.

I also like to put Laura Mercier's Secret Brightner on after my foundation. It really makes your face glow. URL below

I hope everthing helps. I LOVE YOU MORE THAN A BRAND NEW LOUIS VUITON HANDBAG!!!A Good Foundation For Spots ?
I wouldn't recommend a foundation for spots. I would recommend a good concealer that dries up spots. I love clear skin sulfopowder.Dr.van der Hoog. It's a good powder concealer and it treats spots. Then I would recommend using a mineral foundation.

Give new products a chance ! unless they burn / irritates your skin, then stop straight away. A Good Foundation For Spots ?
try using a really good conceler (NO7 conceler from boots is really good) over your spots then dream matte mouse over the top, but dont put it on too think cause it will go cakey, should cover them up nicely.
A mineral powder foundation, it hides the spots without clogging up the pores and the minerals are good for your skin.
Try Kyri and kimi natural foundation. Its mineral and had essential oils in it to help problem prone skin.
Get a sample of the concealer and the Hollywood foundation from LA Minerals...great stuff!!!!!

A product called Cover Mark. I beleive it was at a Clinique counter, but i'm not sure. I think you could look it up on the internet.

    Acne Home Remedy

Here is a very detailed list of all acne and pimple home remedies that you can carry out within your daily routine.

The juice of one fresh lime added to a glass of boiled whole milk (a tsp. of glycerine may be added for dry skin) is excellent as a face wash for pimples blackheads, and the like, and for cracked skin.

Garlic Juice with 3 parts water is an excellent cleansing agent. Raw garlic applied ( rubbed) on the face can make persistent pimples/acne even in adults disappear without a trace/scar with repeated applications. The external use of garlic helps to clear the skin of spots, pimples %26amp; boils. Taking 3-4 pods of raw, skinned garlic, finely cut, combined with puffed rice and swallowed with water helps to clear skin infections quickly. The raw smell of garlic can be avoided by first soaking the skinned pods for a half an hour in milk.

1 tsp. Groundnut oil mixed with an equal amt. of lime juice may be applied daily to prevent formation of blackheads, pimples etc.( Lime juice will break the moleculecular structure of groundnut oil into amino acids so that the skin does not absorb the oil.)

1 tsp. Honey mixed with water is good for all skin blemishes, and leaves the skin youthful %26amp; glowing. Honey mixed with milk, curds and ground sesame seeds in equal proportions is a sure formula for fair and lovely skin.

Turmeric paste mixed with chana dal powder or whole wheat flour is very effective for all minor skin blemishes. Haldi powder mixed with sugarcane juice helps to remove wrinkles %26amp; is good as an anti-ageing remedy. Haldi mixed with pineapple juice is very effective on dark circles under the eyes.

Raw Mangoes with their leaves and skin boiled together or soaked overnight in water (in mild cases) makes an excellent astringent - good for epithelium (the tissue that covers the external surface of the body) infection.

Fresh mint juice applied over the face every night cures pimples and prevents dryness of the skin. It is also useful for insect stings, eczema, scabies, contact (contagious) dermatitis %26amp; other skin infections.

7 to 10 fresh neem leaves crushed or ground - and then swallowed with water will invariably clear the skin. If it is chewed and then swallowed with water it will also remove bad odour from the mouth, and cleanse the teeth. (Buy Neem Tablets)

Take an orange peel, grind it (on the household grinding stone). Mix it with pure water or distilled water or boiled and cooled water, or rain water. Can be applied on the face for acne, especially. Fresh orange peel, rubbed on the face directly will also serve the same purpose to a degree.

The juice of green/raw papaya (including the skin and seed) is extremely beneficial on swelling pimples, acne,or any abnormal growth of the skin. It prevents pus formation, removes whiteheads, boils, freckles, and brown spots due to exposure to sunlight %26amp; most other skin diseases.Papaya is also good to achieve a smooth %26amp; delicately glowing skin (contains papain, alkalide carpain in leaves, and cericin in its seeds) Ripe papaya, rubbed on on your face will also serve the same purpose to a degree.

Pomegrenate skin roasted and powdered %26amp; mixed with fresh lime - applied over boils, pistules, pimple, blackheads and whiteheads prevents itching %26amp; infections.

Raw potatoes contain potassium, sulphur, phosphorus %26amp; protein. The enzymes in raw potato pulp combined with its Vitamin C content %26amp; natural starch are a natural skin food. The alkaline nature of the juices is an antiseptic. The acid portion of the pulp helps remove decaying or dead skin. Applications of its juicy pulp (grated or shredded) as poultice, clears skin blemishes, melts away wrinkles, banishes age spots, helps prevents boils, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads %26amp; gives a glowing %26amp; youthful look to the skin.

Radish seeds contain a bleaching agent and its emulsion prepared with water applied over the face will remove blackheads %26amp; freckles. Radish leaves crushed %26amp; applied as a poultice also help in the process. Grated white radish %26amp; its water makes an excellent astringent and bleaching agent for a fairer complexion.

Fine powder of rice, ground at home and mixed with water acts as a poultice for soothing /cooling bleeding pimples %26amp; other skin inflammations.

Ripe Tomatoes pulp should be applied liberally on your face for treatment of pimples and kept upto 1 hour, then washed thoroughly. Chandan (sandalwood) powder with masoor dal can be applied thereafter for a glowing skin. This also helps shrink large pores.

Sesame Seeds ground and mixed with water makes a very effective poultice for inflammation of the skin due to allergies, skin rashes, scratched pimples and acne.

Whole wheat flour mixed with vinegar, %26amp; applied on the surface of the skin removes freckles %26amp; dark spots. Wheat grass juice poultice is applied for sterilizing the infected area before this treatment.

    Ways 2 cover my spots?

Please help fanx ;) xxWays 2 cover my spots?
Do NOT cake on make up on your face, makes it looks worse

wash your face, and try to not wear make up over them, it will help rid of them quicker

i found using witch hazel is amazing, it dries the spots out and rids of them in 1-2 days.

If you desperately cant live without covering them, apply a small amount of concealer with a sponge over the blemishes.

be sure to remove make up every night, wash your face, moisturise and try out witch hazel

or tee tree oil, but it doesn't work as well

all the Best xxxWays 2 cover my spots?
To COVER spots you need concealer, not foundation as foundation is a base and all that covers is a few imperfections. Concealers do what they say they hide anything, you do need a good one though.

You should put concealer on before you put foundation on as concealers are thicker and you don't get the exact same shade with concealers and foundations so when you put the foundation over the concealer it evens out the colour.

To GET RID OF spots you need to refrain from touching/picking them, wash your face everday (normal soap and water) even twice if you really want to have a good health routine, do not exfoliate because this brings out your spots so if you had a party or something in 2 weeks then you should exfoliate to bring out the spots so that you have less chance of having them at the party

    Hope I helped.x
I use the L'Oreal infallible concealer. It is really good and lasts apparantly for 16 hours. The L'Oreal concealer is cheap and you can pick it up for about 拢4 from various places including http://www.beautyparlor.co.uk just make sure you clean your face properly with some face wash and then apply the concealer directly over the spots.
    1. Wash your face completely - take all makeup off

    2. Use moisturiser to get rid of dry skin.

    3. Use a very good concealer (might have to be expensive)

    4. Use your foundation and blend your foundation into concealer.

    Peach Treatment

The skin of the peach is useful in improving the complexion.

Gently massage the inside of peach peelings on the face every night for a few minutes. Don't rub off the moisture afterwards. This will cleanse the skin thoroughly and free the pores. It also has an astringent action and tightens the muscle of the face slightly, thus preventing sagging tissues.

    Anti-wrinkle cream

Mix a teaspoon of olive oil with an egg. Smoothen the face and neck with it. Let it remain till the skin gets dry.

    To Remove The Cream:

Add a teaspoon of soda bicarbonate to hot water. Stir. Dip a piece of cotton-wool to this mixture and use it to remove the cream.

    Natural Beauty Mask

    Ingredients

    1 tablespoon of gram flour

    1/4 teaspoon orange peel powder

    1 tablespoon beaten yogurt

    1 teaspoon olive oil

Mix the ingredients well and apply the paste to your face and neck. Let it remain till the skin starts feeling a little dry and then rub your face with your hands till it glows.

Wash your face first with warm water and then with cold water. This will remove all the embarrassing blemishes from the skin and make the skin soft and smooth.

To improve a dark and dull complexion

    Ingredients

    1 teaspoon of gram flour

    pinch of turmeric powder

    few drops of lime juice

    1/2 teaspoon olive oil

    Cleansing Lotion

To one-fourth teaspoon of lime juice stir in one teaspoon each of milk and cucumber juice. Apply on the face and neck and wash off after 14 minutes. This lotion cleanses and purifies the pores of the skin.

    Cabbage Mask

Grind a couple of cabbage leaves and extract juice. Dissolve one-fourth teaspoon of yeast in it and stir in one teaspoon of honey. Mix well and apply thickly over face and neck. Keep it for 15 minutes. Remove with cotton-wool soaked in water. This mask will counteract any tendency towards wrinkles and dryness and give your skin a flower-like bloom.

    Tangerine Juice Treatment

The use of orange or tangerine juice has also been found valuable for a glowing complexion.

Dip your fingers in fresh tangerine or orange juice. Apply it liberally over your face, chin, neck, and forehead. Make a paste from the powdered sun dried pips of unripe oranges. Use this paste on the pimples and acne at bed time.

    Orange Tonic

Blanch and grind a couple of almonds to a paste and mix in two tablespoons of milk and one tablespoon each of carrot and orange juice. Apply thickly on face and neck and leave on for half an hour. Removes scars and blemishes from the face and makes it soft and smooth.

    Watermelon Juice

The juice of water-melon is useful in the removal of blemishes on the skin.

Prepare a lotion by grating and squeezing the juice of a small slice of water-melon. Apply this lotion over the face and neck for fifteen minutes. Wash with hot water. Follow this by a splash of cold water.

    Tomato

Tomato, used externally, is good for getting a good complexion.

Apply the pulp of a tomato liberally on the face. Leave this for an hour. Then wash off with warm water. Repeat this daily. You will have a good complexion. It will also remove ugly-looking pimples in a short time.

    Tomato Lotion

To one tablespoon of tomato juice add a couple of drops of lime juice. Apply on face and remove after 15 minutes. It is very effective for shrinking enlarged pores.

    Tomato Tonic

To two teaspoons of tomato juice add four tablespoons of buttermilk. Apply. Remove after half an hour. It is excellent for removing sunburns
use clearasil, its the one that comes in the little tub with the bright blue top its about 13 bucks but its amazing it got rid of every single spot i had in three days and now i've got quite nice skin, also moisterize and don't listen when people say drink lots of water theres nothing proven that it will help but excersize and eating right with help.xx
When I get spots, I use this Garnier product - its called an Anti Blemish Pen from the pure range, and when I put it on at night it helps to dry it out and in the morning its usually a bit better, afte a few nights they are usually gone.

Mind you - if TV is anything to go by maybe you should try - Proactive (Jessica Simpson would die without it....lol)
go to a voodoo doctor in any rural african village. i don't think western medicine can help your condition. if you don't follow my advice, i think the spots will get very large and your family and friends will make you an outcast.
By you calling these spots I'm taking it that you are not meaning acne break out. For actual sun spots or freckling you need a good fade cream and they will be gone within a week. The best one I've come across is through Avon.

    its from the body shop

aloe soothing moisture lotion spf15 its called

Sometimes if my moisturiser is too oily I am certain it makes spots appear! I just use good old nivea cream (soft, in the white tub)

I use hot/warm water and a flannel over my face for a minute to open my pores, I then rubwitch-hazel of spot prevention on my face preferably with witchhazel/tea tree, and then soak the flannel in cold water and rub my face down to finish off. This closes the pores so no more dirt gets in.

  • Shaving- I get horrible spots!!!!?

I'm 16 and I use Niva for for men shaving foam and after shave. I don't use a cheap razor either, its Gillette. Since my skin is sensitive, my foam and after shave is for sensitive skin. However, whenever I shave my sides, chin or neck I get horrible spots afterwards HELP!

I usually have to shave upwards not downwards because, it doesn't get enough of the hair, i wonder if this is the problem?Shaving- I get horrible spots!!!!?
Buy an electric razor - they cause much less skin problems, they are less fussy to use and quicker too.Shaving- I get horrible spots!!!!?
I get exactly same problem i didnt really solve it that is with shaving with a blade as nothing really helped plus if it did it wasnt enough. Instead i used an electric shaver only 拢30 pounds there are more expensive ones but i'm a cheap person. Anyway using an electic shaver i get no problems what so ever.

Just to add first you should be shaving downwards not against the grain. Don't use more then one blade as the more blades you use the worse the irritaion. And lastly don't let these spots continue. As overtime you can get permanent scars just look a seal the guy who sings kiss by a rose not a pretty site is it
i use a razor one day, and an electric shaver the next. that worked for me for many years, but now i have a goatee and don't have to worry about it too much.
my boyf has the same problem after you have shave (both ways) exfoliate before you moisturiser then put the after shave on it should go away
If your shaving up you are probley still pulling if you have to go up always keep the blade as new as possible and keep the skin as tight as possible. Less pulling less bumpy spots

    Good Luck
Go to the doctor and ask for fluxocillin
    what about ya nut sack??
Shave after you shower. Showering softens the hair in your skin so that it is ';fooled'; into believing you are not shaving it.

    Use a soothing lotion afterwards.
Put some talc after you shaved, let it until it goes by itself or for a little while if you can't, you will see it works good and you will have no spots anymore.
    Try tend skin

    Microdermabrasion for ';sun spots';?

OK, I'm a guy who knows knothing about skin. I am also a former lifeguard, swimming teacher, and currently a soccer coach. So, I have spent way too much time in the Sun. As a result, I have a couple of brown spots that I'd like to get rid of.

Will one of those ';microdermabrasion'; gadgets permit to ';polish'; them away over time? Or should I just get out the sandpaper? (Just kidding!)

Any suggestions or recommendations will be welcomed. Thanks!Microdermabrasion for ';sun spots';?
That is an excellent option. You don't need to go to a doctors office for a microdermabrasion. That costs a lot and you end up with highly irritated skin for days. I suggest an at home treatment. It uses the exact same crystals but they arn't being blast across your face at high pressure. Instead you use it 2-3 times a week. It provides the same results.

Another product that is new and is made specifically for sunspots is Even Essence Complexion. It has an ingrediant known as lucentrix qand is clinically shown to reduce and even eliminate sun spots. You'll see results in as little as four weeks. And with continuous use, the powerful results get even better. Used alone or, even better, with the microdermabrasion, you won't be disappointed.

Check both out above.Microdermabrasion for ';sun spots';?
I don't have sun spots but I do have acne scars and I use Ponds Anti-Aging Microdermabrasion Kit. You can find it at Target, Walmart for about $11. It really does work, you'll notice a difference in about 2 weeks.
This is a good skin peel--

Microdermabrasion got rid of my acne because it exfoliated my skin better. You can get a free sample of microdermabrasion at this link: http://www.marykay.com/rebeccafox/whatsn鈥?/a>

But for sun spots, Mary Kay has a new formula that is designed to make those blemishes go away, it is called ';Even Complexion Essence.'; I know women and men who have rosatia and it's done wonders on their reddish spots on the skin.

Wear the sunscreen from now on! :)
It would help some but it would require having it done several times which can get kind of pricey. i would look into some sort of laser resurfacing or just set up an appointment with a dermatologist and they will help figure out the best treatment for your skin.

    Getting ready of spots...?

I never usually get many spots, just the occasional squeezable pimples but at the moment have a spot next to my nose/on my cheek which is bigger than the spots i usually get. Ive had it for about a week now, and it hasn't been at all squeezable. its really noticeable and red, and it wont go! any advice? i cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise my face. Getting ready of spots...?
    Hmmmm.....

try taking a pot of hot water and put your face close (but not in) the water and put a towel over your head.

let the steam clean your face!

if you don't wanna do it that way then just put a wet hot towel on your face.... but i recommend the pot.

So after the steam cleans your face (maybe for 5 mins?)

then take an ice cube and roll it on your face to close your pores.

    It feels so good!

    and makes your skin soft!

hope i helped =DGetting ready of spots...?
Squeezing is SO BAD for your skin .... it just spreads it, trust me! I did the same thing, just try to leave them, use face masks once a week, and wash with a plain, not perfumed, colored or textured soap before bed and towel dry *pat dry*

Ermm, Don't use any Clearasil or oxy if you have sensitive skin, cause then you get blotches and that'll make you feel even worse.

Drinking lots of water helps clears spots or you could put boiling water in a bowl then put your face above it so the steams hitting your face it bursts spots and opens pores

    good luck
know it sounds silly but applying a bit of tooth paste on the spot really helps or bit germolene?
    Maybe it's a bite.

    Scars!!!! and dark spots?

u knw how u get an insect bite and it leaves a black mark? any1 knw how to get rid of those darkspots? PEASE!!!!Scars!!!! and dark spots?
Try putting cocoa butter or shea butter on it. I actually use shea butter (and I swear, dark spots fade literally OVERNIGHT!), but shea butter is harder to find. Either way, make sure you get the pure form of it, not just a lotion or cream that says ';with cocoa butter'; or ';with shea butter';. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Stick is available at most drugstores and I've even seen it at Wal-Mart. Apply it to the scar at night (or make sure you keep it out of sunlight) and you should see improvement in a week or so.Scars!!!! and dark spots?
solution: dermaline skin whitening cream for dark skin spots.
    rub coco butter on it
    i'm not sure.

    Cover up Black spots?

I have a thumb size black spot under my bottom lip, and i try cover up but people ask me ewwwww what is that, and I get embarrassed, ANYBODY HELP%26lt; WITH MAKE UP TIPS :) thanx!Cover up Black spots?

Yes, I am a makeup and skin care consultant.

The best way to cover it up is with a product called Dermablend.

You can get it at most Ulta or Sally beauty supply stores, but Macy's also carries it.

You will want to get the cover creme for face.

There may not be anyone to color match you at a beauty supply store.

I'm not certain, but you may have to choose a color yourself if you go there.

I recommend going to Macy's (or another department store) and getting color matched. They have people who specialize in matching the cover up as closely as possible to your skin, by determining your undertones.

You will need one jar of Dermablend Cover Creme for face (about $28)

and one jar of the setting powder (about $20).

    1) You're going to conduct your regular beauty routine, and then

apply your foundation, if you use one.

    2) Next, you will scrape a small bit of the cover creme onto the heal of your hand with the little plastic spatula and let it soften with your body heat. It takes a few seconds, but it will go on more smoothly if you do it that way. Tap a small amount of the cover creme onto the area. Just gently tap it in, and smooth out the edges to blend with your skin. You may need to do that 2 or 3 times.

    3) Then, when you get it perfect, apply a small amount of the setting powder with the provided cotton, or with your own brush. Let it sit for a second and then sweep any excess away.

    4) Lastly, if you use a regular face powder, go ahead and apply it, along with the rest of your makeup ( blush, ect..)

As long as you use the setting powder with the cover creme, it will

not sweat off. It will not come off in the rain, in the pool or in the ocean either. It is water resistant, and will only come off with soap and water. It does not transfer onto clothing, unless you really rub at it.

I highly recommend it, as I use it on my clients all the time.

I have covered up birthmarks, tattoos, acne, varicose veins, scars, etc...

I am not a Dermablend representative. We don't employ them in our store. We are all schooled in it, and those of us who feel confident enough to color match do. It's a little pricey at first, but it will probably last you two years.

I really hope that helps :)

It was actually a bacterial infection (not contagious or transferable) and my doctor put me on an antibiotic series (for two weeks) and told me to stay out of the sun and it cleared up within a few days. I let it go on for months thinking that I had some weird form of adult acne-- which I have never had before. I am glad that I went and got it checked out as it was very painful and looked awful.Breaking out in spots!?
go to boots and go to the clinique section! ask someone there about all the products you can use that will help your breakouts!

i have all the 3 steps and they work wonders for me! xx
well it depends where the spots are

if it is by your hair line it might mean that your hair is greasy

also it could mean that mabie now is your time to get acne almost everyone gets it in there life

just wash your face try to not wear makeup

and DONT pop your zits or spots also dont touch them so much it might be making them worse

    Im seeing silver spots!!!!?

Iv been bodybuilding for 2 years and this has been going on for some time. When I do dead lifts I start seeing sliver spots but I don't feel like im going to pass out or anything.... is this normal when you strain yourself really hardIm seeing silver spots!!!!?
    common?

    yes

sign of a possible serious problem?

    yes.

it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about this.Im seeing silver spots!!!!?

    Nail Varnish On Spots?

Has Any Body Else Heard About If You Push Nail Varnish On Spots Gets Rid Off ThemNail Varnish On Spots?
That is the worst idea i have heard in my lifeNail Varnish On Spots?
o god that sounds like the WORST thing to put on a spot.....i reeeally cant imagine how the hell it would help it, maybe they were meant to say nail varnish REMOVER...i can kinda see why that would work because of the alkali in it would dry it up....but ive still never heard of etheir of these .......just drink water ALOT......
errr .. ye .. no dont try that

Try mixing a packet of fast acting yeast with enough tea tree oil to make a paste. Spread over emerging pimple and cover with bandage %26amp; leave on overnight because yeast will cause the pimples to rise out of the skin while the tea tree oil attacks it.

No, it scars the skin. I have a massive scar of my leg from when a friend split nail polish on my jeans and it seeped through onto my skin.
Nope, never heard that one. People say put toothpaste on spots but that doesn't work either. Neither does spraying perfume on them.
With all the chemicals in nail varnish id think that was a really stupid idea to put it on spots!!!
I haven't heard of that, but toothpaste works
    NOPE! IS IT TRUE???

    :O

    Post acne red spots?

how would i get rid of post acne red spots???? what r the possibilities???? and skin stuff i would use 2 reduce thier visibility........PRODUCT NAMES,PLEEEEASE!!!!Post acne red spots?
Try Vitamin C Serum...it aids in healing the skin...and Vitamin E is good too but if you have acne prone skin dont use it too much.. Maybe every other day, well evening because you probably dont want to go around looking oily.Post acne red spots?
If it is immediately after, Visine for red eyes also gets the red out of pimples. If it is scarring, you just have to wait for them to fade like any other scars.
    Proactive
i used a gel for scars and it worked for me
apply the contents of vitamine E capsules.//
See a dermatologist! Don't use home remedies. If you have a bad reaction you could end up looking worse (not that I mean you look bad now but you understand what I mean).
Murad has an awesome product for that.
Use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are

    available online. These work wonders.

Maybe it will work on you too.

Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'

Yahoo gave me spots ! =[?

I asked how to get rid of black heads before i had a few on my chin and everyone said to steam them then squeez them then wash my face so i did but now the little blackheads that you couldnt see have now turned in to big red spots help !Yahoo gave me spots ! =[?
The black colour might not have be dirt but simply oxidised keratin. In fact, the blockages of keratin that cause acne occur deep within the narrow follicle channel, where it is impossible to wash them away. These plugs are formed by the failure of the cells lining the duct to separate and flow to the surface in the sebum created there by the body.

but then again, it could just be dirt, and squeezing it out of your skin has caused it to become infammed. either the bacteria will make then into pimples, or it'll go away in a few hours, either way, id use a pimple cream on it, to help kill the bacteria

to prevent this in the future, make sure you wash your skin really well with hot water, then cold, 3 times a day. to open the pores, clean them, and then close them with cold water so nothing gets in themYahoo gave me spots ! =[?
The best way to get rid of blackheads is use strips and as for the spots, They will slowly go. It's best not to squeeze them (unless they have a white head and you have to!) and i recommend garnier pure deep pore wash as it's for spots and blackheads, Ive had spots for years and started using garnier each morning and they have gone! I'm telling you this through years of experience of blackheads and spot prone skin! I also recommend 'simple' toner and moisturiser each morning as it calms the skin and flare ups and is designed for all skin types including sensitive skin.
Even by touching your face you can turn blackheads into spots. I have three teenage sons who can go from a quiet face with a few blackheads one day to a breakout of spots the next. They will go away. Watch out what you are eating, I know with my kids sweets and fatty food give them breakouts. Just make sure you clean your face and if you are squeezing any of those blackheads do it gently and be careful how much you touch your face as bacteria can spread from your hands
They'll go away in a couple of hours. Faster if you put a cool, damp washcloth on them (dampen it with some witch hazel if you have some, it's very calming) It's funny about facials; if you have sensitive skin you end up looking much worse after one than before. Besides, it's not good to squeeze your face; you break blood vessels that last forever, as opposed to blackheads that last a few days. If you really can't stand the blackheads, try a Biore strip.
Make sure you have a little routine every day where you cleanse, tone and moisturize (clarins or garnier is good). Don't go touching them anymore and I know it's hard not to. but try not to coat them in foundation or concealer which will delay them clearing up. Also, this little tube of gel called OXY is amazing for just dabbing on spots and reducing the size in 4-8 hrs. Above all, don't get yourself in a tizz about spots - everyone gets them and if none of what I've said does the job, then go to a beauty place and ask for advice about facials. Hope that helped :)
hm..thats a disadvatage of listening to ppl who don't know you or u don't know them..for all you know they don't even know what they are saying or talking about...why can't you just go to the dermatologist that would be the best! good luck =3
Go to the chemist and ask the pharmacist to recommend something. I find clean and clear good.
Try using antibacterial face wash which shud help get rid of any infection that you've caused!!
get neutrogena vidably clear spot cream, its 4 pound 50, and it reduces spots in under 8 hours, amazing.
You must have squeezed quite hard! It always goes a bit worse before it gets better. Give it two days to calm down and use concealer in the meantime - a medicated one.
Try sunlight or LIMITED exposure to a sunbed.
thats becasue u squeezed to hard or u have sharp nails or ur allergic to something
    haha
They'll go away with some time. Next time do Biore Pore strips.

i dont know but i seems to have a lot of them

how do i get rid of them? How do you get rid of the black spot in your face?
Are they marks left over from acne....if so after washing use an atringent. The best kind of astringent to use are the ones not alchohol based like witch hazel or sea breeze. then use a moisturizer with salicylic acid in it. when you apply your astringent use a q tip to get the spot accurately cleaned.

    Get rid of spots fast??

Like...fast as in..before this coming thursday at 7pm..??????

Please......cheap ideas as well please !!

thanks xxGet rid of spots fast??
Ok , you should take a visit to ';The Body Shop'; . Go ahead and ask the assistant how to get rif of spots and they will introduce you to this small green bottle (sorry i forgot the name) . But trust me, i have used it before and it IS effective. It does not cost that much , it cost about $10.90. Although it's a bit stinky and strong , it still works well !Get rid of spots fast??
take about four aspirin and dissolve them in a few drops of water.. add in a squirt of honey and make it into a paste.. you can also add in a few vitamin e capsules if ya like.. this can be used as a scrub, mask if left on for ten minutes, and a spot treatment left on over night.. it works like pro active.. i've used both and got the same result with each which is clear skin..

another thing i do as an exfoliate is i scrub my face with an electric toothbrush.. it's sounds kinda weird but it works.. it really cleans out your pores and removes dead skin, oil and dirt.. you can use any scrub ya like or the aspirin i mentioned.. i like to use st. ives.. and i do it about three times a week..

only wash your face when you wake up in the morning, before you go to bed, and after exercise.. excess washing makes your face produce extra oil..

warm water opens pores and cold closes them.. so wash with warm and rinse with cold..

also you may want to get a good toner and moisturizer.. not astringent because it contains a ton of alcohol and is rough on your skin.. and make sure the moisturizer is oil free..

and watch the make up you use.. a mineral make up is much better for your skin.. it doesn't clog your pores or cause breakouts.. i recommend bare minerals brand..

drink lots of water.. eat healthy.. and take vitamin e, vitamin c, zinc and b vitamins..

    i hope this helps..
hmm, the tide pen thing lol.

hey head to the chemist benzac peroxide in face wash and cream get it in 5 %or 10%. I had sevre acne and this is the best that was affordalbe around $20 for both and it really worked good luck!!!!

i shave and it have read spots and a bump wich is hard i poped it and puss and blood came out what is it!! HELP!!My vagina has spots!?
ewwww im so glad im not a girl!My vagina has spots!?
Try shaving with baby oil instead of shaving cream. or apply baby oil underneath the shaving cream. it really helps in preventing razor burn.

thats what you have, razor burn. or they can be ingrown hairs.

    also, apply lotion afterwards.

    :)
    ingrown hair I hope
It's just an irritation of your skin. You probably have some ingrown hairs, which usually result from shaving and can happen on your face, armpits, legs, etc. though I find it happens most commonly in my bikini area, too. It's good to let your skin breathe after you shave and make sure the area is dry. You might want to try some baby powder to help with the chafing when you put on your underwear/pants, etc. The bumps usually go away in a couple of days. The thing you popped was probably an ingrown hair that your body was trying to get out... your body surround the hair follicle with pus (what your body produces to ward off infection... much like a pimple) and try to push it out. Sometimes the ingrown hair will be really deep and you may not be able to ';pop'; it. It will usually heal on it's own, but in the meantime, you'll have a hard bump underneath the skin and probably a little bit of pain or discomfort. You may even need to have it removed by a doctor (my doctor had to cut a couple of them open when I was about 16 because they were so infected. It hurt really bad, but it was definetly worth it!). The best way to prevent ingrown hairs is to shave the way your hair grows (shave down instead of up... which isn't very helpful) or get waxed. Good luck!
a zit or pimple down there?
calm down..its probably just a zit. go to the doc.
Have you shaved there recently? It's normal if you have. The best thing you can do is ask a doctor. If you're too shy, you could try asking a nurse on the NHS telephone number. They won't know you or see you and they probably get this all the time.
    Zitties!
a pimple? razor rash? hope its one of em
Thats just irritation from the shaver.

Don't shave you puss. Wax it and the bumps will leave.

its normal, your just getting razor burn, and there zits, becuase your not washing enough.

    just wash, and shave light.

    youlll be fine!
razor burn... that area is sensitive. hard not to get it.
    ouchh

    dont pop it!

    its just ingrown hair.
razor burn...use the GEL shaving cream...but do NOT rub it in all the way till it is foamy..rub it in a little to keep it gelly.

That coats the skin more. Take your time with shaving.

That area is not like your legs.

salt and honey scrub 2x a week

or sugar and toothpaste scrub (don't scrub too hard)Help! I Wash my face every night but still have spots! I want nice clear skin, please help.?
I wish you had listed your skin type lol. If you have oily skin you do not need a moisturizer, it's just something people at the cosmetics counters say to get you to buy more stuff. If you have oily skin moisturizers only make it more oily. By spots I am guessing you mean pimples. You need to use a product that has Benzoyl Peroxide in it, it is the only ingredient proven to fight pimples (google it, you'll see). You can find some cheap acne cream at any drug store or target, walmart etc. I personally like Persa-gel the cream not the gel, but it's up to you.

Now if by spots you mean uneven skn tone you need antioxidants, they will increase cell turnover and help your skin look clearer faster. A nice all in one for this is Neutrogena pore refining cream with SPF 15, this has everything you need in it (minus the acne treatment). As one poster said you do absolutely need to wear a sunscreen or moisturizer (if you can) with a minimum SPF 15 everyday unless your makeup already has an SPF in it.

Also drinking water really does help your skin, try to keep a bottle of water handy at all times to drink, you'll notice an improment in your skn in less than a week, trust me.

I'll check back later and see if you write down skin type and what you mean by spots, I'll try to update based on that.
What kind of spots? It's hard to recommend anything without knowing.

Exfoliating is good -- it helps to get rid of all the dead skin cells that dull your skin. Then you need to make sure to moisturize after you cleanse.

If you have acne, don't exfoliate. It'll irritate the acne and can make things worse. Use a deep cleansing mask that doesn't have gritty stuff in it. Also, look into some acne treatment products.

Cleanse and moisturize every morning and night. Only cleansing at night isn't enough.

Also, take a look at your diet. Sometimes certain foods can affect your skin.
    1) exfoliate --%26gt; no face wash will work if there is dead skin

    2) which face watch? cream washes can leave soap behind which can make your break out--%26gt; I use Marcelle Aquarelle Purifying.. gel consistency and $10 a bottle which lasts you for a while.. and i was my face like 3 times a day

    3) don't use a thick creme on your face.. lotion.. a cheap good one is garnier fresh

    4) Clean and Clear Acne Spot treatment with salycic acid.. put it on a zit and it will clear up in longest 3 days

    5) water with lemon!!! water flushes toxins from your system and lemon's acidity burns the toxins that are attached internally

    6) keep the hair out of your face --%26gt; if you have bangs or short hair in the front make sure you bobby pin it back at home.. oil from hair clogs pores

    7) use a clean towel to dry your face, a facial only towel.. using the same towel you use to dry off your hair when you have just conditioned it--%26gt; a nono

    good luck!!! :):)
I dont know what you mean by spots, but i suggest that you should go to a dermatologist so that they could recommend the correct treatment for whatever you have.

I would suggest washing your face with mild acne cleanser and putting on moisturizer that contains sunscreen in the morning.

OMG iT'S AN EWWWY CASE OF VAGiNiTiTiS =] .... REMEDY: RUB LEMON ON iT =]
It's just an irritation of your skin. Good luck!
    ingrown hair I hope
a zit or pimple down there?
a pimple? razor rash? hope its one of em
    ouchh

    dont pop it!

    its just ingrown hair.
razor burn...use the GEL shaving cream...but do NOT rub it in all the way till it is foamy..rub it in a little to keep it gelly.

That coats the skin more. Take your time with shaving.

That area is not like your legs.
calm down..its probably just a zit. go to the doc.
its normal, your just getting razor burn, and there zits, becuase your not washing enough.

    just wash, and shave light.

    youlll be fine!

You can try tea that has caffeine. Also cold ice cloth pads. Visine helps with redness. you can also try concealing it with make up until it goes away. Good luck. Soy milk is also a good option. anything cold i guess.Reduce redness of spots?
