Sunbeds - Eczema & Spots..?

I'm considering starting using a sunbed once a week because ive heard its good for eczema %26amp; clearing up skin.. is this true? what sunbed creams do you sugest i use?

spare me the lectures people!Sunbeds - Eczema %26amp; Spots..?
i dont know iver never heard it, i know the sun is good for drying spots up, dont know wether about eczma though! (i have it)

i dont know if the sunbeds will help spots but if it drys out the skin this wont be good for eczma, even if it did work you would still get spots just maybe less of them.

but i think you should be worried about other things that sun beds can do to you like cancer and scarring. i know you said dont give lectures, but i personally dont think thier good for the skin.

i would wait till the summer comes =)Sunbeds - Eczema %26amp; Spots..?
Sunbeds can damage skin and also cause cancer is abused to often. Hope this helps
Eczema is a symptom rather than a disease. It is often an overreaction of your immune system to some kind of external irritant. UV treatment can get rid of the symptoms - basically it damages the skin and gives your immune system something else to think about.

Give it a try and see if it works. If it makes the eczema dry and more flaky than usual, stop doing it - it will make it worse.
Sunbeds dont really help!

I have a similar thing, but its psoriasis. Being out in the sunlight is helpful, but not the tanning beds!

I haven't heard of using sunbeds for treating eczema but can recommend you some great products which are natural and made from herbs and are very effective in clearing skin eczema.
