I have spots...help!!?

i have spots on my back...and i dont know how to get rid of them....any tips?I have spots...help!!?

Anyways! Acne on your back, or 'Bacne' is extremally common in teens and adults. I had Bacne, my best friend has Bacne. The reason why your back is developing acne is because your back is covered with millions of phosperous glands - more than your face! These produce a lot of oil therefore clogging the pores etc causing a spot! It depends how bad your case is, if its moderate like one or two, put some Sudocrem on it and they should be gone by a couple of days, if it is severe go to your doctor, they will give you antibiotics to get rid of spots anywhere on your body, I got some tablets and i'm pretty much clear! In future, make sure when you're in the shower or bath to use antibacterial body wash like Sanex make sure you rub this on your front and back which will stop bacteria producing spots!





Luckily you've developed this in winter when you're back's not going to be on show!

Depends how old you are. If your a teenager, it's normal! If you are not a teenager, and the spots just randomly developed It might be a good idea to get them checked out. Don't worry :)
They could be signs of skin cancer. You can go to the doctor and get them checked out.
