Ugly dark spots on legs!?

ok so during my pregnancy i developed puppp..the rash is completely gone but due to the itching i would scratch so hard...now i'm left with dark spots on my legs from scratching and picking at the scabs..i need an efficient way to get rid of them as fast as possible..
