Spot as in a pimple? Well depending on the level of the pimple or seriousness of it anywhere from a day to 2 weeks. But if your worried it wont go away soon any enough and you dont want to waste your money on products you can use home rememdies like honey and asprin that will get rid of any level of a pimple over night or at least make it look 100X better. But if its a spot like a cut or scab then 2 to 4 weeks or longer depending on the level of the spot. There's also rememdies for those. Hope I helped I was confused on what you meant by spot
