i shave and it have read spots and a bump wich is hard i poped it and puss and blood came out what is it!! HELP!!My vagina has spots!?

Try shaving with baby oil instead of shaving cream. or apply baby oil underneath the shaving cream. it really helps in preventing razor burn.





thats what you have, razor burn. or they can be ingrown hairs.


also, apply lotion afterwards.

It's just an irritation of your skin. You probably have some ingrown hairs, which usually result from shaving and can happen on your face, armpits, legs, etc. though I find it happens most commonly in my bikini area, too. It's good to let your skin breathe after you shave and make sure the area is dry. You might want to try some baby powder to help with the chafing when you put on your underwear/pants, etc. The bumps usually go away in a couple of days. The thing you popped was probably an ingrown hair that your body was trying to get out... your body surround the hair follicle with pus (what your body produces to ward off infection... much like a pimple) and try to push it out. Sometimes the ingrown hair will be really deep and you may not be able to ';pop'; it. It will usually heal on it's own, but in the meantime, you'll have a hard bump underneath the skin and probably a little bit of pain or discomfort. You may even need to have it removed by a doctor (my doctor had to cut a couple of them open when I was about 16 because they were so infected. It hurt really bad, but it was definetly worth it!). The best way to prevent ingrown hairs is to shave the way your hair grows (shave down instead of up... which isn't very helpful) or get waxed. Good luck!

Have you shaved there recently? It's normal if you have. The best thing you can do is ask a doctor. If you're too shy, you could try asking a nurse on the NHS telephone number. They won't know you or see you and they probably get this all the time.

razor burn...use the GEL shaving cream...but do NOT rub it in all the way till it is foamy..rub it in a little to keep it gelly.


That coats the skin more. Take your time with shaving.
