Sometimes if my moisturiser is too oily I am certain it makes spots appear! I just use good old nivea cream (soft, in the white tub)





I use hot/warm water and a flannel over my face for a minute to open my pores, I then rubwitch-hazel of spot prevention on my face preferably with witchhazel/tea tree, and then soak the flannel in cold water and rub my face down to finish off. This closes the pores so no more dirt gets in.

Moisturiser= oil= spots
Anything that blocks your pores can lead to spot. Make sure you clean it all off regularly.
