well,, on one of my other questions a person answered, mensioned a toner to put on my spots =s





what is a toner ??? please explain lol,,





and is it available in the UK??

I'm not sure about other countries but you can buy it at Wal-Mart in the US. Anyway, toner works in two different ways. You use it with after cleaning with an astringent and it helps remove all traces of the cleaner so your skin doesn't dry out. It is also a conditioner and helps with spots and stuff. Yeah i use toner on spots an i live in the UK, i buy it at boots from the botanics range, though it works better if you have a routine of cleanser first then toner.


it does work but you have to use it everyday.
