Hello, Resently i have had quite alot of spots on my face. Has anyone got any sollution to this?I need help with spots!?

its either your harmones playing up or you haven't been cleansing, toning ang moisturising! cleanse morning n nite, tone, exfoliate not scrub three times a week and exercise and for God's sake--stop the takeaways..
