i know this is strange but scrub it out with tooth pasteWhite and black dress with blue spots. don't know how they got there. HELP!?
Pre scrub it with OXI-CLEAN, then wash it as directed in your washer machine.
ONE WORD - OXYCLEAN

TRUST ME - oxy it out!

Soak it in hot water with double the amount of Oxyclean, overnight in the washer in HOT water (don't fill it all the way). In the morning, run it through the cycle by adding the remaining of the hot water with detergent this time.

There will NOT be any stains left.

A friend washed whites with a blue gel pen and you can just imagine after trying everything I told her WHAT ABOUT OXYCLEAN - She didn't even think of it - Next day she phoned thanking me OVER a hundred times...
Wash it??
uhh?

tide to go?

i'd try it if i were you.

Try using RID color remover, it only works on getting out the color that does not belong on the item. RID is usually by either the dyes, or laundry products in the store.
it might be moldy. if you left your dress damp in an enclosed bag or something, it didnt dry up and it ended up getting moldy. lay your dress out on a surface and put bleach on a Q-tip. dab the blue on the white part only. if you have a bleach pen, you can use that too. and then soak it in warm water. good luck!
use ';wanish';
I had this problem too. I think it came from the laundry detergent. I think it was put straight on the fabric and might have sat too long. This was on a pure white shirt and it would not bleach out.

I wish you better luck than I had.
What I did was to throw the whole thing in the washer with some bleach, and then it came out spotted like it was designer pattern or a cool looking tie dye number.
Actually, you probably can bleach it. Just use one of the bleach pens that let you do very small spots on garments and precisely apply the bleach. Here is a link:

Take it to the cleaners and get it professionally cleaned. I'm sure they deal with this all the time.

If it is a $200 dress, take it to the cleaners. You do not want to ruin something that is worth that much. The cleaners know what they are doing.
Spray some stuff on it and try washing it again.

Or like said already, take it somewhere professional.
i would pretreat the area carefully then was as recomended
