What is teh best (but not over priced) make up to use to cover all these things??

I find Boots N.7 concealer for blemishes is quite good for spots and blemishes.

For under the eyes, I am using Touch Eclat by YSL but I can't see any noticeable difference from the less expensive one from Revlon I was using before to be honest.Scares, spots and bags!!!...Help!!!!?
The best foundation to use for spots and scars is Estee Lauder double wear its about 拢22 and for your bags is YSL Touch elcat thats abot the same price too, but they really work. good luck! x
You mean scars? You should go to a Boots or Body shop and ask them for help and they should be able to tell you what is best to use.
Bare escentuals mineral foundation, or tinted mineral veil.they look and feel completely natural, and are also good for your skin.They cover up spots, redness and all manner of things.you can buy it on ebay, and even buy sample pots so you can try it out and see how it goes.good luck
