Anyone know what these spots are?

i get these weird spots on my ches, more on my boobs and i noticed it all over my back


i mean i can scrape it off in the shower but then it comes right back

im getting really worried too because iv had them for awhile now..


sometimes there darker red though.





I put this cream on them and they go away for a while and then come back.Anyone know what these spots are?
