Get a topical lightening gel/cream/lotion! :] I've heard of some sort of mild peel from neutrogena that's worked very well for some. I haven't personally tried it but I'm sure that would be worth a try.
I personally use all natural products such as BurtsBees.
Try a scrub from them to speed up the exfoliation process.

Remember not to scrub your face too much though only use the scrub at night every or every other night :]
Also never use the scrub if you have an open wound or a recently healed over one it will take the scab right off and will leave an even worse pigmentation.
But with a scrub you should be preventing anything that will give you pigmentation because your pores won't get clogged! :]Help Spots errrr !!!?
