Here are some health tips to remove acne:

1.Choose organic foods over processed

2.Lower saturated fats

3.Increase olive oil

4.Eat five servings of fresh vegetables and fruits daily

5.Eat one tablespoon of fresh pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, etc.. seeds.

6.Add bulky fiber foods

7.Limit caffeine to two cups daily or cut out completely

8.Avoid alcohol

9.Limit red meat to three-four times weekly

10.Avoid sugary products

11.Broil, boil, or grill- instead of fry

12.Only eat raw nuts

13.Avoid nicotine

14.Drink 8 - 8oz glasses of water a day

15.Try to replace milk products with soy products where possible

To treat oily skin you can:

1.Washing with hot, soapy water and a drying soap will help you get rid of your oily skin. Hot water works as a solvent on the excess oils on your skin and a strong soap with drying action will help cleanse away added dirt and grime, as well as dry out the oils. Something as simple as Dial soap will do the job, or you can look for even stronger soaps designed specifically for oil-removal, like Clearasil, Neutrogena, and Cetaphil brands.

2.After washing your skin use oil-free lotions and moisturizers or sprinkle on some baby (talcum) powder instead. This will keep your skin feeling refreshed and moisturized without leaving behind greasy residue.

3.Choose oil-free make-up to prevent and get rid of your oily skin. Don't use a lot of liquid-based foundation, concealer, blush, or eye-shadow. Choose powder-based products, or products containing acne medication, instead. These will work to dry up excess oil and treat your pores at the same time.

I hope I helped...Good Luck :)SPOTS! %26amp; Horrible skin ?!?
ok first to help your spots and acne 1. use oil volay its a purpla 6 inch tube for blemishes its amazing. about 20 bucks but worth it you use this after the shower or really whenever but use it daily.

2. in the shower use neutragena acne foam they have a stress one and non stress one. i use the none cause its cheaper and seems to work better. its about 7 dollars.

and as for concealer and foundation yes do. go to somewhere like macys or something that has clinque. its oil free and pretty natrual wont cause break out even if you forget to wash it off. they match it to your face. there concealer is the best. its not to spendy for name brand. its like 20 for the concealer. and maybe 25 for the foundation.

best of luck i know what your going through
