DONT put toothpaste on them, will make them worse!
You can use BP cream which will dry them all out but make sure you moisterize lots half hour after applying the BP cream cause it can overdry the skin!
I use Neoutrogena Exfoliating Face Wash, i find it dries my spots out really well, pat dry and either leave them or try an asprin mask..
Get a couple of uncoated asprin tables, mix with warm water so turns into a sorta paste, spread it on the areas you want and leave it for as long as you want, wash off with warm water and pat dry.
This dries out spots too.
I get really bad breakouts and these are the 3 things i do.
As hard as it is, try not to pick, will make them bigger and you'll feel a whole lot worse!

well i used to have bad spots but try drinking around 7 cups full of water a day trust me it works wonders and wash ur face twice a day and moisturise it well by massaging your face this should help
Flush your system with water and use difen antihistamine cream.
pop toothpaste smother and rinse
