hi i have got little white heads on the top of my arms i went to my doctors years ago and he said it was very common what can i do to get rid of them and what is this if anyone knows thanksSpots :S help me please?
drink lots of water
exercise alot
go out let you skin breathe
use some gentle facewash everyday
get about 8hrs of sleep
never pick them it will make it worse and they will spread plus you might get tiny scars from them

Spots on bum??
i keep on getting loads of spots on my bum!! most as just small red ones but some are really big red ones that hurt!! i work in an office so i sit alot! my friends says this might be why! what do you think?? what can i do to stop getting them??Spots on bum??
Sitting down all day will do this. Exfoliate in the shower with some sea salt and make sure to get the back of your legs too since they are probably there also.

I go back to school tomorrow and I have 4 spots on my chin, a few on my temples and i picked at a blackhead (stupid, i know) on my left cheek and its not a spot but its red and might turn into one. What can I do to minamise/ get rid of them the best i can for tomorrow.

This works realy well its dove bar of soap but u have to make sure to keep it clean like i have a dove bar of soap for my face and then a different soap to wash my hands lets say after the toilet! but i can asure u it works soooooo well i had quite a few spots n then i used the soap nd they were baically all gone after a day nd a half!!!Spots!!!!!!!!!HELP ME!!!!!?
a very hot towel i swear this will work it brings the head to the top also so you get the heads off then use the very hot towel on your face for a while at the time in the morning they be gone as good as...x
Take 4 Vitamin B tablets a day (in 2's) and drink lots and LOTS and LOTS of water
*lemon juice
*nail vanish remover
*tea tree
to cover them....
if none of the stuf i said works to cover them you firstly put ice on them for ten minutes as its easier to cover then you use a high coverage foundation (liquid) and then a concealer (stick preferably) covers really well hun good luck. xxx

NEVER USE PURE TEA TREE OIL...OWWWWW. it buns your face off. try using a facial scrub. make sure it says for spots and black heads. make sure you wash it off thoroughly. after that use some soap. finally, you can try medicated cover up sticks. they cover up the spot, and contain tea tree oil and some other stuff to dry out spots.

Spots ruined my younger life(rather i let them) but just remember you notice them on yourself far more than others notice them, also you are still the same person whether you have spots, use the method on the web site.
What i find really works is Sage and Comfrey gel from Body shop... its in a little green squeezy tube - put some on before bed and by the morning you will notice the difference!!
Hi Camel, Put rubbing alcohol on your face and let it dry on it's own. This helps dry the spot out and helps heal them to. Also using a fresh lemon on your face works too. Cut the lemon in 1/2 and take the seeds out of one side and then squeeze it all over your face watch out and don't get it in your eyes. I use to do this all the time when I was in High School and it always work for me. Lol

I used to use a product called BooBoo Zap by Benefit. It is quite expensive (I think about 拢14) and they also have a night cream and they worked really well for me. But if you cant get hold of any immediately, just try putting some concealer on them until you can get rid of them.
Well I just got Proactive and i think it will help but just keep your face lean and stop picking cut your nails down if you have too or you will end up with lots of scars!

veet bladeless razors are ace. Its a kind of hair removing cream u leave on for about 5 mins i think and then kind of scrape it off. It works really well, lasts longer than shaving, doesnt hurt and wont cause you any spots!blemishes

Spots on my breasts?
They are kind of like grease spots if you know what I mean, but I shower at least once a day (with soap), sometimes more. If I squeeze them, horrible goo comes out that looks like a cross between earwax and acne. They are only small, but aren't very attractive.
How do I get rid of them!?!?!?
